Double room and lounge area

Our lovely, sunny bed-sit room, will be available at the beginning of the New Year. We live in the beautiful village of Sway (between Lymington and Brockenhurst), 5 minutes walk from New Forest and 10 mins from train station for easy commuting to Southampton or Bournemouth.
Would like a friendly, respectful, tidy and polite professional person.
Would consider well behaved pets after discussion. No cats.

We are easy going, friendly people.
Fibre optic broadband, share kitchen/diner, bathroom and lovely large untidy garden with myself, adult son, 1 cat and 2 (mostly well behaved) dogs. Off road parking. £450 per month, bills included, subject to reasonable usage.
