Attractive Room In Spacious Welcoming Home

I live in a large, sunny 2-floor apartment in a listed building, with beautiful views over the garden.
I live alone although occasionally my adult family come home at the weekend.

This is a lovely place to live and is ideal for an individual who is needing a 'home' in the long (or shorter) term. It is quiet and peaceful. It is not particularly suitable for anyone without transport although the mainline station is within bicycling distance.

The bedroom is on my second floor with access to a most unusual roof garden. It is bright, sunny and well furnished with plenty of cupboard space and a television

The windows are dormer and open on to the roof garden so it is very quiet and peaceful.

The kitchen is available for cooking in the evening and for breakfast. It is large, airy and friendly and there is a television for use.

This accommodation is not suitable for anyone who is not working and therefore needs to be at home during daytime/working hours.
