Newly decorated room with double bed

Hi, I am an easy going tidy person looking to rent my spare room. The house has excellent transport links (uni link bus stop outside) as well as easy access to the train station. All bills included as well as broadband. Sky mulitroom is avaliable for extra cost and you will need your own sky box. I work hard and as a consequence am home late most days. I would consider a monday - friday let for a reduced monthy rent.
