The landlord works from home but travels frequently for personal reasons, so you will often have the communal areas to yourself.

The master bedroom features a comfortable ottoman bed (perfect for extra storage) and a built-in wardrobe. You will have shared access to a dedicated office with a built-in desk—perfect for your own study or remote work.

The property is a charming home with wooden floors throughout. You’ll have shared access to a lounge with a 60-inch TV, a dining room, a conservatory, and a private garden. There is even a wood burner available for use (on a 'replace what you burn' basis).

I am typically on-site most weekends, but I am away for personal travel for much of the week. I am looking for someone who is relatively tidy and respectful and happy to help maintain the house while I am away.

I have 2 cats which will sometimes be with me when I am on-site. Sorry, no additional pets please!

Please note: The garage is not included, but an outside storage box is available if needed.
