This Front double room forms part of an end of terrace house in a quiet cul de sac in the rural town of Tadley. With good access to surrounding area , which includes Reading, Newbury and Basingstoke, and further on London.

Photos of actual bedroom will be posted , as part of making available for Mid March (Earliest) move in date. Bedroom will be to similar standard as photo shown.

The house has undergone a refurbishment. The outside garden areas ( Front and Back) are secure (fenced) and offer pleasant surroundings.

The room benefits from sole use of downstairs bathroom .

Upstairs bathroom is provided for current tenant.

The house is cleaned by a professional cleaning company twice a month. This will not include your bedroom as it is assumed you will take that as your responsibility. Notice will be given for the cleaning activity.

The Gardens will be attended to by the landlord. As required, and notice will be given for this activity.
