I am currently looking for a flatmate to replace me. This is a double room that is available for rent. The room comes semi-furnished with a wardrobe, double bed frame (no mattress), and a table.

The flat is a very good size and has a balcony.

Note that the flatmate I am sharing with has his own bathroom as the room he is in is an ensuite. He does not use the main bathroom so you will effectively have your own bathroom.

The flat is well maintained and is a 5 min walk from AWE and is perfect for someone working there, otherwise is it in a good location and very close to Sainsbury's.
The flat also has a single parking space. The current flatmate does not have a car, so you can use that space for your car if needed.

The surrounding area is very quiet and the neighbors are very nice.
