Single room in family home

We have an agreed arrangement for some to stay for till September, please get in touch if you feel our home would be somewhere you would like to view.

We have repainted the room and have a bed with storage underneath now. Room feeling more spacious as space has been better utilised.

There is good public transport to Basingstoke, but limited public transport to Reading (Monday to Friday to and from AWE site).

We have a single room we are looking to rent out in our family home.

I am a nurse, my partner is a mechanic, we have two children and two friendly cats. We live in central Tadley close to a bus stop, Sainsbury's, the parade of shops/cafe/businesses and in walking distance to awe. We back on to a the common also, so a nice location if you like setting off into the woods for a walk.

My two boys have after school and evening activities and have reasonable bedtimes.

We have fibre broadband, can offer off road parking if needed and we live in a quiet area.

I very much appreciate that living with children won't be everyone's ideal scenario. Please note that we cannot let anyone move in without meeting first. We have had some people requesting this and as we have children, we all need to be comfortable/feel safe in our home.

Might suit someone needing Monday to Friday only more, but we are open to full time as long as whoever is happy living in a family home.

We have a cleaner come once a week.
