Large En-Suite Double Room with Dressing Room – Reduced Rent for Part-Time PA & Accountability Role (Tadley)

I’m a professional based in Tadley, rebuilding my health and routines after a period of illness, and I’m looking for the right person to take a large, private en-suite room in my house in exchange for reduced rent.

This is a structured, part-time arrangement combining light personal assistant work with a simple accountability role around my training routine.

The room & house
• Large double bedroom
• Private en-suite bathroom
• Separate dressing room / storage area
• Quiet, clean, well-organised house in Tadley
• Fully equipped home gym
• Easy access to Basingstoke / Reading by car

This is a very comfortable, private setup for the right person.

What’s involved

1. Training accountability (around 5 sessions/week)
I train in my home gym most mornings.

Your role is to help with consistency and routine:
• 4 morning gym sessions per week (7:00–7:45am)
• 1 weekly cardio session (7:00-7:45am)

You’re welcome to:
• Train alongside me if you enjoy training
• Or simply be present as a witness

You do not need to coach or motivate.
This is about consistency and structure, not performance.

2. Personal assistant work (up to 8 hours/week)
Typical tasks include:
• Email and scheduling support
• Admin and follow-ups
• Light project and property-related tasks

• Possibly interested in fitness or building good habits themselves
• Looking for a high-quality room in exchange for a structured role

You do not need to be particularly fit.
