Bright and airy, newly decorated double room in a 3 bed mid terrace house. A quiet area away from the main road, 10 minute walk from AWE, 5 minute walk from supermarket and local swimming pool.
TV (sky available) and WIFI in room. Bedding and towels provided and laundered if required.
Price is for 5 day tenant (Monday - Friday ideally) but the odd weekend is fine.
Large kitchen/diner is shared with us, as is bathroom. Bathroom has bath and over bath power shower. We have a small garden with decking backing onto gorselands common which is great for evening walks.
There is 1 off road parking space available.
We do have 3 cats so you will need to like animals and not have an allergy!!!
Non smoker preferred.
£200 deposit required. We are both easy going so if there are any requirements you may have please let us know and we will see what we can do.
