Friendly welcome in family home

Unexpectedly available due to current tenant being relocated earlier than planned....
Friendly, self-reliant person sought to share our large family home (Monday-Friday only). No two weeks here are the same...
We are in a quiet, central Tadley location. Ideal for AWE,(less than 1 mile) Reading, Basingstoke and Newbury,(each approx 12 miles) with gardens and off-road parking. Unobtrusive neighbours. Close to swimming pool, Indian restaurant, local pub, golf course, gym, Pamber Forest and Roman Silchester.
Sky TV in shared living room: Skysports and internet included.
We offer a recently-decorated west-facing double room,(we prefer single occupancy, although an occasional extra visitor would be fine). Room has pine bedstead, orthopaedic mattress, pine wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk and chair, wooden floor and rug, and a TV aerial point and overlooks a garden and woodland beyond. Bedding and towels supplied and washed weekly. Use of laundry, washing machine and tumble dryer/ garden line included.
Shared use of large shower room/toilet.(No bath available).
Use of new, large, airy, modern kitchen, and all equipment: dishwasher, gas hob, electric ovens, but no microwave. (You are welcome to bring a microwave if you wish). Lodger would have use of separate fridge and storage for food etc if required.
Shared living room and dining room and music room all decorated to high standard. Please feel free to play the piano....
Wood burning stove plus central heating.
We have allotments and you may be required to sample fresh organic home-grown fruit and vegetables. :-)

We have two terrier dogs and a Bengal cat. The dogs are not permitted upstairs or on any of the downstairs furniture. The cat is not permitted upstairs but regularly ignores this instruction...he can be quite vocal.

Rate can be adjusted accordingly for shorter/longer stays.
