Large double furnished room for rent

I have a room coming available in Salisbury Road, Totton. It is a lovely large double room, will come furnished with a double bed and has quite a large amount of fitted wardrobes, drawers & a dressing table.
We are close to Testwood Lakes & not far from Eling Quay which is nice place to visit with a pub and some walks around the mouth of the River Test and up the Test Way. We are also very close to the New Forest National Park which is beautiful. Our local shop (Co-op) is 500yds away.
The house is just being fully refurbished; it has a large front driveway so plenty of parking and a large SW facing rear garden which has been cleared and is now a 'work in progress'! The rest of the home and facilities are shared with myself and my daughter (who is about to start school).
