Double bedroom in modern house close to motorway

Hi I have a double room available in a recently refurbished house. The room has a large wardrobe brand new double bed side table and chest of drawers.
The house has two sitting areas which are available to use and a large kitchen the garden is also a good size with plenty of sitting areas we also have two bathrooms.
The house would suit someone who is clean and tidy as we do like to keep the house looking clean and tidy.
Broadband is very fast and included.
Parking is on the road and is always plentiful.
Both me and my partner are very friendly and happy to socialise.
House would suit someone who is either a early riser as myself and my partner both start work at between 6 and 7 am although we are very queit leaving.
