About the owners, friendly, laid back couple who love animals and enjoy the outdoors. Both work from home but travel on an individual basis at least four times a month. Not fussy, but do keep their home as neat as they can.
The tenant(s) must be okay with living with cats and dogs. The tenant would be welcome to bring their own dog as long they are house trained and are animal friendly and the tenant cleans up after it. Unfortunately no cats. Other small pets at the tenant's own risk.
No smoking inside the house but welcome to smoke in the garden.
