Thornhill Southampton - very easy access to motorway. 1 large ( 5.5m by 3.2m) double room - enough space to split room into bedroom area and sitting area. Off road parking for up to 2 vehicles, perfect for those with a horse box, trailer or motorhome or just multiple vehicles. All bills included. No smokers but don’t mind those that vape. Live in landlady - 36 year old teacher DBS and horse owner. Other housemate is a 42 year old female accounts manager and her cat. Both clean and tidy individuals - house is usually empty during the day. With fairly early bedtimes and morning routines - would be looking for a lodger who shares similar routines. Shared use of kitchen (shared fridge/freezer with allocated space, own cupboards), Bathroom, garden and shed. Shared responsibility for keeping communal areas clean and tidy. Small cat friendly dogs or small pets welcome - sorry no other cats as current cat is very territorial.
