Thornhill Southampton - very easy access to motorway and on a fantastic bus route. 1 large double room enough space to split room into bedroom area and sitting area - king size ottoman bed, 3 seater sofa, arm chair, foot stool, 3 x wardrobes, 19 drawers. Off street and road parking for up to 2 vehicles, perfect for those with a horse box, trailer or motorhome or just multiple vehicles with further parking to the side of property. All bills included. No smokers but don’t mind those that vape. Live in landlady - 37 year old teacher DBS and horse owner - temporarily housing my mums cat. Other housemate is a 44 year old female solicitor. Both clean and tidy individuals - house is usually empty during the day. With fairly early bedtimes and morning routines - would be looking for a lodger who shares similar routines. Shared use of kitchen (shared fridge/freezer with allocated space, own cupboards), Bathroom, garden and shed. Shared responsibility for keeping communal areas clean and tidy.
Mostly the house is fairly empty with both of us spending time elsewhere however at times the house can be busier and for that reason no overnight guests unless myself and other lodger are away.
