Thruxton Village, rooms soon available

Situated in the village of Thruxton, currently a family member living in. Easy going flexible landlord living in part time, visiting the property frequently and always available. There will be a few common sense rules, to be agreed between tenants and landlord.

Rooms will start to become available from the end of July 2014. The house is undergoing some decoration work. Some soft furnishings to come!

Room 1 and 2 are double rooms currently being offered for single occupancy. It may be possible to revise this subject to: consideration to the total number of tenants in the house and rent negotiation.

Room 3 is a large double with en suite facility and will be let as such for the figure shown, for up to two tenants.
