Large Ensuite Furnished Room - Mon/Fri Let

Large ensuite room in a 2 bed flat in new-ish development (built 2006) with communal garden.

Very homely but spacious flat with creature comforts. Nice quality furnishings provided (double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves, bedside table & lamp). Shared kitchen (fridge/freezer/washing machine) and living/dining room. Wifi broadband available and fortnightly cleaning included. On road parking with no restrictions in front of development.

Approx 13 miles north of Salisbury in quiet leafy part of Tidworth. New gym/leisure centre/Tesco in walking distance, bus stop right outside, easy road access to A303/A34, and Andover/Grateley stations 10/6miles respectively.

Would like to find a housemate for during the working week only and who goes back to their own home at weekends (i. e. Mon-Thurs nights, hence all inclusive rent). I am looking for someone friendly and easy going but who will respect my space and property. Absolutely no smokers - not even those who smoke outside.

I'd prefer a professional, but don't really mind - for me finding the right person and getting on well is more important. That said, I am away a lot with my current job, so someone trustworthy, who is clean and tidy and treats it like their own home is what I am looking for as at the moment you'd have the place to yourself (and also my allocated parking space!) quite a lot. I do things properly with a licence contract and deposit. Would prefer longer term housemate if possible.

Available from 1 May 2016, as current flatmate is sadly leaving to work on a contract in a different area.
