Shared bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and wash basin. Downstairs toilet and wash basin also.

Pets are considered but would need to be discussed further with the landlords prior to any agreement.
Ideally looking for a professional working person who's looking for long term accommodation. Outside that, I have no real preferences of the person I live with, just the usual clean and tidy, pays bills on time and respects privacy. It will be a very relaxed household.
