Furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, desk, and a bedside table. I can be flexible in terms of what can stay or go but I would like for at least the bed and wardrobe to remain in the room.

Kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer
Four piece modern bathroom
Garden (sunny South facing with raised decking)

PARKING
No off road parking included (street parking nearby)

LOCATION
10 min walk to train station
5 min walk to Totton town centre/supermarket/banks etc
5 min walk to gym
Asda nearby
Handful of pubs/takeaways within easy walking distance

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Guests are allowed to stay overnight (for short periods)
2. All bills included (electric, gas, water, internet)
3. High speed Wi-Fi (200mbp/s)
4. Working professionals only
5. Not suitible for pets
6. Single occupancy only
7. Rent to be paid per calendar month, starting from the agreed date of moving in
8. One month’s rent deposit to be held and returned at the end subject to satisfactory check out.
