Double room in our quiet 4 bed family home

(The photos are from 2 years ago when this lodger arrived as the room is full of her things at the moment) We only have one lodger and you can socialise with us or keep to yourself as you wish.
Our current long-term lodger is moving to London for a new job, so we are looking for a new, clean and tidy professional to join us in our family home.

It's a good sized double room fitted with a double bed (storage under) a desk and a large wardrobe with drawers. There's also room for a comfy chair/tv/ bookshelves if you so wish. You'll share the use of 2 bathrooms (both with showers), a large open plan kitchen/diner/study, a utility and well-kept mature garden with patio. Occasionally you'll be able to arrange to use the large living room too if you have friends over or something. Use of the washing machine, tumble drier and 1Gb broadband is of course included and we keep all the shared areas nice and clean for you. You'll even have your own small fridge freezer!. Use of the utility to store a bicycle or other sports items is negotiable depending on what you want to keep there.
There is plenty of roadside parking and if your car is small, an off-road space is available to you. We are only a 15 minute walk from Totton train station, 5 minutes from the main bus routes as well as 5 minutes from the New Forest (by car). If you choose to join our household, you can expect to be able to quietly share our home, respecting each other and taking turns to use the toaster with a ☺ smile
