Sunny room in quiet house

I am looking for a female, working full time, not from home, to share my peaceful household. This spacious sunny room will be available from 11th May 2024. It has 3/4 size bed, triple wardrobe and tall chest of drawers with plenty of storage. You will share the bathroom with one other female. Upstairs is a kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, kettle etc, but you also have use of the kitchen, washing machine and freezer. There is off road parking in my quiet cul de sac. My home is situated 5mins walk from a bus stop and 10 mins walk from Totton train station. I have a friendly cat. Please don’t hesitate to contact me for any further information.
