Very Large Single Room to rent in shared house.

Hi, I am looking for a quiet, house=trained, employed, middle-aged man to rent a room in my home.
The room has a hand basin, a large radiator(gas, central heating)and all essential furnishings; bed, wardrobe, drawers, television etc. The kitchen, bathroom, toilet and utility rooms are shared with two other people. The EPC rating is C.
My home is in a pleasant part of Totton, quite close to Testwood Lakes. Situated down a private driveway,44 meters back from the main road, there is no traffic noise and parking is very safe.
As I have already stressed, this is a quiet house, if you are looking for somewhere to party then please do not apply! There is a strict no=smoking rule indoors,(that includes recreational drugs).
