Monthly rent is inclusive of bills, including WiFi and a cleaner once a fortnight.
Room has good workspace and plenty of storage. Well suited to a professional or student.
It’s a quiet, tidy household and I’m looking for someone that values their own space.
Would consider a small, well mannered pet.
