I work shifts so would ask that you could keep noise to minimum whilst I'm on shift during the day as I travel and work long shifts.
I work nights so unless I'm off shift you will have the house to yourself.
Would take less for shift worker lookings for digs
Looking for someone tidy at least, I'm happy to use the rent money to get a cleaner in.
Would be nice to find someone who likes to socialise. BBQ season is coming up
The property has two sitting rooms if you wish to chill out on your own and has several fridges parking etc.
