I have a large double room to rent, with sole use of a bathroom with a bath and shower. The room has 2 windows which over look the garden and rugby fields. The rent includes all bills and Wi-Fi, can use the kitchen and all appliances, own fridge available. On road parking outside the house on a quiet road. A shop, bus stop and recreation centre very close, short walk to town centre. Looking for a professional person, smoking outside only. I am a professional female, have 2 dogs who live in the kitchen.
