Comfy Double Bedroom to let....

I have a generously sized double bedroom to let, currently furnished with double bed and bedside chest of drawers.

The house is a 2 bedroom semi, modern and comfortable. Recently refurbished throughout.

The house is located in Totton, just on the outskirts of Southampton. It is very suitably located for commuting in all directions, Southampton, Salisbury, Lyndhurst, Eastleigh, etc. The M27 is less than 5 minutes drive. The train station and bus stops are all within 10 minutes walk as well. There is a local co-op which you can walk to in 5 minutes, and ASDA and Morrisons are both 5 minutes drive away. There are a couple of local pubs I use, again all within walking distance and some quite a nice bike ride in the summer.

Parking outside is possible for a smaller car, however there is street parking behind the house and then a small cutway that brings you back round to the front.

I am a 30 year old guy, I work pretty much 9-5 as an engineer, currently in Salisbury. I'm pretty easy going, like to have a laugh and enjoy my music. I'm quite active, and normally doing something, so I'm in and out a fair bit. Currently working on the outside of the house, so if you're of a practical nature I can always use an extra pair of hands!

You would have free use of all common areas such as bathroom, kitchen, lounge and garden. I have virgin media TV downstairs so you would be free to watch that providing there's nothing I desperately want to see! I'm not a massive TV watcher but sometimes like to watch a decent film or comedy show, oh, and I do watch the F1 every Sunday when its on!

Rent would include free internet access, wired or wireless, and access to a large collection of music and films

All I ask it that you are respectful of the house and the room, I am quite proud of the house due to the amount of effort I have put in to it so hopefully you can appreciate it. I like to keep it fairly clean and tidy. My only real rule is leave things the way you found them, pretty fair I think. I am happy to accept small pets, anything really but sorry no dogs.
