Double spacious room in house

A small semi detached house in a quiet col de sac in west Totton. Very close to motorway and shops. It has a small garden and parking spaces for up to 4 cars. The room is a double room upstairs with a shared bathroom room is unfurnished but there is a wardrobe in room and a built in large cupboard. Large lounge and separate kitchen. It would be living with just myself a professional 28 year old who works shifts so not around an awful lot. I would like to have a housemate to socialise with but not essential. Rent covers all bills including wifi and sky.

This is a house share not just a room to rent. Everything is 50/50. BTW the Christmas tree isn't always up :-)
