I'm ideally looking for a single professional to rent Mon-Fri. The house is situated in a beautiful village just 5 mins drive outside Andover and only a 20 minute walk into town. The room is freshly decorated and fully furnished, 1 x double bed, 2 x bedside tables, built-in wardrobe and 2 x cupboard. The house is very clean with the downstairs living space open plan. The house is fully furnished, with a large conservatory and a little garden (+washing line). The kitchen has fridge, cooker, kettle, microwave, washing machine. Downstairs is an open plan sitting/dining area. The house is situated in a very quiet and tranquil close with parking. Lovely countryside walks close by. Landlord is living in the house.
