I have 2 lovely jack Russell’s which like cuddles
rent includes all bills, Netflix etc and wifi
room is furnished
bathroom is shared but I'm very clean and tidy and expect any lodger to be the same
great pub locally, only suitable for drivers as its very rural, lovely walking /cycling tracks
No couples
could be flexible with days per week and number of days
Sorry no one that works at home full time as I wfh a lot and it’s too much for 2 people working at home here
No smoking or drugs
You need to drive as there is no public transport
