Single small bedroom to let for single occupancy. Wardrobe with drawers, TV, Bedside Table and spot lamp, and chair, WiFi throughout. The modern kitchen / diner and shower room are on the ground floor. There are table and chairs and TV. You would have the use of washing machine and tumble dryer. Separate front door access with own key. Please note, because of the age of the property some of the rooms have low ceilings, with low doorways

You will be sharing the Kitchen and Shower room with another male lodger. There are no further bills to pay.
