Double room for rent in a lovely, large, comfortable detatched bungalow, in a quiet road, very close to the beach, Warsash village centre with nice pubs and places to eat, and the Maritime College.

We are a busy family of four (2 adults an 2 children) and we also have a very friendly dog, so you must like pets!

We have a lovely garden with a large pool, if you like swimming, and ample parking.

We are looking for a professional person or a student as we are very close to Warsash Maritime College, who is reasonably tidy, considerate and good natured!

There are good bus links from here and we are a short drive from the motorway and the new Whiteley Village Shopping Centre.

All bills are included,(except the phone if you wish to use it) and there is one months deposit payable in advance.
