Large double room in house share

A well situated house, close to all amenities and offering all you could need i. e. White goods.. only one bathroom but brand new with bath and shower plus extra toilet down stairs. Want a housemate that does what they say example IS CLEAN & TIDY. Already pets at property so probably not s good idea for more.. don't mind stop overs but more than a couple of nights will up your rent . Your sexual habits/ agenda are your own business unless your so loud you make it mine , in which case I'm likely to suggest you use the woods and I will inform the Tv company. At managers rates!! 🤣.,asking is the best means of knowing. Debbie
