Double room with bathroom

Hi Im looking for a new lodger as the current lodger moves out at the beginning of November.

I have a double room its furnished with a decent size double bed with plenty of storage underneath. The room also has a wardrobe and two chest of draws. The main bathroom will be mainly for your use only. There is a downstairs toilet. There is a front and back garden with a lawn, decking and patio area so great for the summer. The kitchen has a dishwasher as well as a gas hob and electric oven. The garage has a washing machine and dryer. I have WiFi. The rent will include all bills.
The house is situated off the main London road down a quiet street. It is a 5/10 minute walk from Waterlooville centre which has main bus routes. It is basically next to a park. It’s nearest train station is bedhampton and is easy to get into the A3.
Parking Is available outside the front of the house, the road is a dead end so always space.
There are 2 small dogs that live in the house that enjoy company and cuddles.
