My current housemate who has lived here for 3 years is moving out mid July so looking for someone to move in then. The fully furnished room is lovely and bright with lots of natural light. There is parking so no issues with finding a space when coming home after work. There is a balcony which is lovely on summer evenings to sit out on.

The rent is £635 bills all included. The location is great very close to the A3 so it means you can access Petersfield, Chichester, Portsmouth or Southampton very easily. There is a Sainsburys, M&S, Lidl walking distance. Very close to Waterlooville and Denmead with the Meon Valley not too far away so if you like the countryside this coachhouse is ideal!
