Independent Double Room Ensuite

Our Garden Room has independent access, underfloor heating, an electric shower, ensuite toilet.

Shared facilities are in the main building: kitchen, laundry, so forth.

We are a friendly bunch and host occasional board games and dinner parties, mostly daytime or during weekends.

Frequently found in PureGym or Horizon ;-)

Internet and Bills included, of which electricity for the most part - since the cabin is independent from the rest of the house, it consumes its own energy. We ask our tenants to pay only the difference of the actual consumption compared to the same period in year 2023 - we only had 4 months experience with this system, and it amounted to £11 for August and September. October charge was £18 and November was £36.

We have a cat, as such we are sympathetic to pet owners, but they would need to be compatible with our furry :-)

The price listed is for 7 days/week. It can be negotiated for Mon-Fri occupancy.

Availability is to move in before Christmas as current lodger will confirm soon when he will vacate the premises.
