Double room with en-suite available in a 3 bedroom house, located in a new-build estate.

— About us —-
We are a 28 year old couple, currently living in the house with our 9 month old Pomeranian Puppy Axel (pictured).

Our combined hobbies include music (playing & concerts), bouldering & snowboarding, none of these are a must but it would be great to make some friends who share these passions.

We have recently moved into a flat on the same estate, however I still require usage of the spare room as an office, and the garden room as a music studio and 2nd bedroom for storage. don’t worry, we’ll try to stay out of your way as much as possible!

We both work from home 9-6, myself as a software engineer & my partner Natalie as a Marketing & branding exec.

We’re not too fussy about who we share with, as long as you’re polite and tidy.

Males or females are welcome, couples could also be accommodated for an extra £100/m to cover the additional bills.

—- About the property —-
This is a 3 bedroom semi-detached house, located on a new build estate in Waterlooville.

The house is 2 years old and features modern decor throughout.

Bills are included, including:
Council tax
Broadband (500mb/s but open to increasing this if we start to have issues)
Water & Gas & Electric

There is a parking space out front which you are welcome to use.

Bedroom:
A double bedroom with en-suite shower & south facing views into the garden. Currently unfurnished but can come furnished or unfurnished, happy to negotiate

Kitchen:
A large galley kitchen with double fridge/freezer, breakfast bar & window seat. All the amenities including air fryer & Nespresso machine.

Living room:
Large spacious living room with 80” TV, sound bar, Nintendo switch, corner sofa.

Garden:
Small south facing garden, due to be renovated by early June with new decking and garden furniture. Also features a large garden room which will eventually be turned into a soundproofed drum room/music studio.

Garage: Very long single width garage suitable to be used for storage or motorcycle parking if needed.
