A have a beautiful en-suite double room available in a large property at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. The room has fixed wardrobes running the length of one wall, two chests of drawers and two bedside tables. The king size bed has four drawers underneath.

The en-suite has a power shower, toilet and sink with plenty of storage.

Will be sharing the house with me, a 50-yr-old male, my 11-yr-old son who spends half his time with me, and three friendly cats.

There is private parking (driveway).

Very quiet street but moments away from the motorway and town centre.

Strictly non-smoker and non-vaper only.

Rent is £650 per month inclusive of all bills for an individual, and £750 for a couple. A deposit of one month’s rent is required.

The room is available immediately. Short-term availability only, maximum two months.
