Roommate Wanted

I am looking for a housemate to join my tenancy when I renew in January. All bills included, and it will just be me and my two small dogs (they won’t be permitted in your room and generally just follow me around so they’re no bother!) The house is perfectly located for someone who works in either Lakeside or QA hospital and is very well connected to transport links for those who need to get further afield. The house is very well equipped with a separate laundry room, dishwasher etc and all other mod cons. The house itself has a living room with log burner, dining room, a very large garden with a BBQ and a layzee spa for the summer months. I work full time, sometimes from home and following a divorce just want someone clean and friendly to share my home with. I will happily cover the cost of all utilities and council tax, broadband etc, and in shared parts of the home, happy for us to share use of my streaming services! If you’re looking for somewhere you can call your home rather than feeling like a guest in someone else’s home then this might be the perfect place for you. The room will be empty for your own things but the rest of the house is furnished, the bedroom is a double room with some built in storage but is currently full of my ex husband’s things so just waiting for that to be cleared and given a fresh lick of paint then I will happily share pictures.
