Double room on empty first floor of house in quiet cul de sac, furnished with new king size bed and mattress, spacious wardrobe plus tv cabinet, bedside cabinet, desk and chair if wanted.
Freshly decorated and with new wooden flooring. Sole use of upstairs bathroom with shower head and jacuzzi bath.
Located close to A3 and 2 minutes walk from bus stops with routes into Havant and Portsmouth. There is also space to park directly outside if required. Nearest train station is Havant with trains going into London.
There are 2 other rooms on the first floor, one is is for my guests and the other I intend to add a sofa bed so it can be used as your second upstairs space unless it is needed which would be rarely.
My bedroom is downstairs as is my lounge but there is a great sized fully equipped kitchen with seating that you would have use of. The most important thing is you must love dogs as I have a lurcher- there is a dog gate so he will not venture upstairs (unless he is invited!).
I am hybrid working so work on and off from home and also have a dog walker.
