We are looking for a person to live in a shared household. Clean and tidy. Helpful and respectful to other housemates.
It is a friendly easy going house.
Only full time employed/ self employed people please. Unfortunately no one on long term sickness. Really sorry.
The bedroom is a nice size.
I would like a reference and we will draw up a tenancy agreement.
There is a shared kitchen, lounge / diner,
Upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet.
Can use the garden in the warmer weather. Close to shops and supermarkets. Close to bus stops.
Room is available from 18th Feb
