1 single room

Hi, I have one single room to let in my 100 year old detached house, 5 mins walking distance from the town centre and opposite open countryside. The room is furnished and has a wall mounted tv with sky access including music and sports channels). There is a modern, fully tiled bathroom with shower and a kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and range cooker. There is an open plan dining area attached to the kitchen which you are more than welcome to share. The garden is spacious with a patio area and barbeque. I share the property with my 22 year old son, another young male lodger (quiet, friendly and very polite) and a very friendly golden retriever. We all work or attend college. The main photo shows the room but the rug, bedding and curtains have been altered since then. The new curtains and bedding are black and the rug is blue to match the carpet.
