The house is a detached house in a large pleasant garden within 10 minutes walk to Waterlooville town centre, five minutes walk to bus stop serving Portsmouth and Havant and five minutes by car to motorway. References are required from employer and previous landlord. Terms are £625 pcm and £625 deposit.
