Own lounge with sofa bed, and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge./ freezer. All bills are included, including Internet. The house is a detached house in a large pleasant garden within 10 minutes walk to Waterlooville town centre, five minutes walk to bus stop serving Portsmouth and Havant and five minutes by car to motorway. References are required from employer and previous landlord. Terms are £600 pcm and £600 deposit. Flat available for occupation from 01/11/2019..
