Double bedroom to rent - virtually brand new bed

I am looking for someone to move in with myself and my American bulldog due to expenses. I have a good sized two bedroom house with a garden and off road parking.
I do not expect any potential tenant to take on the responsibility of my pet, however it is his home aswell so if a candidate was found to be suitable they would have to like pets.
Couples considered however rent would then differ. Single professional preferred.
