£140 per week (£606 per calendar month) (all inclusive). Couples considered, but rent will be adjusted accordingly.

Mon-Fri lets considered.

References and rent weekly in advance required, £280 deposit and one month's notice in writing on leaving please.

Must love animals, as own cats and dogs.
