Large double furnished room with en-suite

I have a nice, extra large, furnished bedroom that is on its own floor so nice and quiet and private. It has a very large en-suite with large shower and plenty of storage space, large fitted mirrored wardrobes and sky Q, We just share the fully equipped kitchen. All bills are also included.
I am looking for a polite, tidy, quiet , non smoking lady.
I am 58 years old and own my own local business. The house is a 15 minute walk to Waterlooville town centre it also has a few shops within two minute walk.

Due to my young daughter staying a few nights a week I will only consider ladies (sorry lads) I would also insist on meeting you first.
