I've currently got a single bedroom available for rent in my 3 bed detached house in Waterlooville. The room has new furniture, a new bed, new curtains and new carpet. The house has been recently refurbished throughout creating a fresh and clean living environment. The house is well located centrally to Waterlooville, with the high street just a 5 minute walk, good connections to main roads to Portsmouth and Chichester and good bus links nearby. The room would be £95 p/w (can be paid monthly) with a £100 deposit.
