Young female looking for tenant :)

Hello!

My name is Natasha I'm a young female looking for a new tenant to occupy the spare room(s) in my house.

I am sociable and friendly with previous experience renting my spare rooms out. Due to our current tenant moving out we now need to fill both the rooms.

I have two rooms available in my home.
One room is a double room (NOW TAKEN) and is £400 pcm. It is a large room with double bed and lovely big windows with a view of the garden as well as a very large wardrobe. It is furnished with everything you need, including a large chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and shelving. It is decorated in neutral colours and has carpet fitted.

The other is a single room (AVAILABLE) in size but has has a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. It's newly decorated in neutral colours its £300 PCM.

The house itself is modern and spacious. There is a well equipped kitchen, large conservatory area with dining table, clean and tidy bathroom with shower and bath. All of which you will have access to. We have a large garden and garage for some storage. There is plenty of parking available.

The house is situated off Sunnymead Drive, Waterlooville. It is a lovely quiet area with local shops at both ends of the road (Co-op, pub, butchers, dry cleaners, Indian, Chinese and fish&chip shops ect).

All household facilities are included such as washing machine, dish washer, iron, kitchen utensils etc....

I have very fast wireless internet for you to use.

I am looking for someone to move in straight away or within a couple of weeks preferably on long stay but short terms will be considered.

I have outdoor cats (very lovely and placid breeds) they don't go in your room if you don't want them to :)

I am looking for someone who is tidy, cleans up after themselves and would suit a relaxed atmosphere.

I work full time and want nice housemates i can trust in my home. My ideal house mates will be friendly, tidy and respectful.

Rent payable 1 month in advance, rent payble on the last working day of the month. Deposit is refundable on departure. AST (assured sort hold tenancy) is a must.
