I have a double room to rent in the village of West Meon

This property is situated in the centre of the village above the village shop. The flat has two bedrooms one over sized living room kitchen and big bathroom and a garden. It has on street parking

The room comes furnished (as seen in picture) The rent includes all bills and a cleaner comes every other week on a Wednesday.

My name is Dionne and I am 39 year old female. I work full time and I do work from home at least 1-2 times a week. I am looking for working professional aged between 25-50. No couples.

Things to note
The village is out in the country so having a car is a must there is a bus that comes through the village a couple of times a day but not often
The house is old and has steps in to every room
I have 3 cats
