Good sized double room available in a 2 bedroom house close to West Town, Hayling. Very close to bus stop & 10 minute walk to Mengham.

Looking for 7day rental at £500pcm paid in advance, deposit £250.
Or a Mon-Fri let £100 per week paid in advance & £100 deposit.

I would prefer a professional or mature student. Absolutely no party animals, heavy drinkers or smokers at all.

The room has, TV, side table with lamp, King size bed, hanging rail and large chest of drawers.

Comes with bedding & weekly change of linen with price of room If needed. Cleaner comes once a week and will dust & hoover room.

Added extras such as towels, toiletries, tea & coffee, meals etc. Just ask what you might need and we can agree.

Shared kitchen/diner, bathroom & living room.

Enclosed south facing garden (great for summer evenings) parking off road for 1 car.

10 minute walk to the beach.

I have a very well behaved beagle. Dog walker/sitter comes in daily & if I’m away overnight the sitter stays over (they’re like part of the family)

All bills inclusive, including broadband. Available now.
