There's also additional storage in the eaves for extra convenience.

The annex has a kitchenette, with good size sink and compact fridge, and counter space suitable for an air fryer, microwave, Ninja Cooker, or electric hob. Please note there are no permanent cooking fixtures.

The bathroom is modern and fresh and has a shower with good water pressure.

The annex is finished to a high standard throughout.

There is a lovely local pub a short 20min walk across the fields, and Alton train station is a 6min drive away, handy for anyone needing to get to Central London.

All bills are included, including high-speed broadband, ideal for home working.

There is no washing machine on site but you're welcome to use the landlord's machine weekly.
