The location is a quiet area, so is suitable for home-working or day-sleeping.

- All bills covered (water, heating, council tax), though subject to occasional review in case of significant increases.
- Council Tax Band C.

Current Tenancy:
The house currently has one tenant who owns a pet cat. Unfortunately, that means no additional pets are allowed in the house. Sorry.

Ideally I would introduce you to him, to see if you would be comfortable living in a shared space.
